Sorry I had to post a reply to this, but I do not have permission to start a new thread.

We recently updated and we are using Steel Purple. Our members absolutely love the new look and are looking forward to more colors.

Unfortunately, we are having odd problems of member not able to log on. We have sent them new passwords, but still they are not able to log on using their old username. We have lost a few members due to the frustration, and we have several other disgruntled members. Any ideas of what may be going wrong or maybe our settings aren't right?

Okay the exact problem is this: sign my user name and password and it will thank me for logging in and then redirect me to the sign in page.

This is happening to more than a few members. What should we do?

Update: The users are now able to get to the general forum page, but they get bumped back to logon when they try to view a specific thread. Also, I noticed that quite a few of these members use aol. Would that have an effect?
