I admit I was most shocked by the news this morning.. I too own 2 PP and one vBAG licenses.
I don't agree with all the threads floating around the place questioning WHY it happened. It's none of their/our business. We just accept that the PP support is up to the standards we received from Brian. Nothing to say it won't be.
I say All the Best to Brian. As he stated, it was out of his control. It is sad, but every cloud has a silver lining. He now has more time to dedicate to other projects.
Who knows.. we might even see a worthwhile Mail system for
vBulletin soon... (although
vBMS is looking promising for 3.5.
