I am quite happy to announce the Go-live of a new Shopping Cart/Purchase System and New Licence System for vBEnhanced.com.

New Shopping Cart

The new URL to Purchase our Styles is The vBEnhanced Store. Downloads are still at vBulletin Enhancement - vBulletin Styles and Services.

The system is fairly similar to the old one.. not surprising given that The vBGeek (of The vB Geek) created both of them.

New Licence System

As of this announcement, vBEnhanced.com styles will be available in one of two different flavours.

1. Leased Licence - Grants the Buyer access to the Style Download for a period of 12 Months from the date of Purchase. All Updated Releases (3.6.2, 3.6.3, 4.x.x etc) made by Jelsoft to vBulletin in this time will have an Updated vBE Style created for them within 2 weeks of their release.

If a Licence is valid at the time of the Jelsoft release, your access will be extended until one month after that Release, or until you download the Updated Style, whichever comes first.

Download access may be restored by purchasing a Licence reactivation for $35 after the licence has expired.

You may run the style Perpetually, on ONE domain per licence.

You may NOT remove or alter the Footer Copyright or Phrase in any way.

vBEnhanced.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.


2. Owned Licence - Grants the Buyer access to the Style Download for Life.

All Updated Releases (3.6.2, 3.6.3, 4.x.x etc) made by Jelsoft to vBulletin in this time will have an Updated vBE Style created for them within 2 weeks of their release.

You may run the style Perpetually, on ONE domain per licence.

You may NOT remove or alter the Footer Copyright or Phrase in any way.

2. Brand Free Licence - Grants the Buyer the right to remove or alter the vbe_copyright Phrase.

You may run the style without the Branding, Perpetually, on ONE domain per licence.

You may remove or alter the Footer Copyright or Phrase in any way.

vBEnhanced.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

For a limited time (one week - ending Friday, 29 September 2006, at 12:00 NZDST), all Leased Purchases will be treated as Owned Licence Purchases.

All *current* Customers will have their current Licences as Owned.
