Exclamation Steel Blue 4.x ALPHA 1 Released

Steel Blue 4.x ALPHA 1

Apologies for the delay, the changes in the Stylevars throughout the Beta/RC period made releasing anything remotely stable impossible.

We are happy to announce the release of 'Steel Blue for 4.x' ... it's in '' because due to the vast changes in the new vBulletin 4 Template architecture, the overall look of the Software, and therefore Style has changed.

At the moment, we're trying to avoid making any changes to the actual templates, and concentrating on the .css stuff. There are no updated images whatsoever, the xml is all that is needed.

As we're not running 4.x here, a demo is available at one of my other sites: New Zealand Foodies Community

To download Steel Blue 4.x Alpha 1: 4.x Steel Series

Please report any issues or suggestions in this thread, they will all be taken on board.

Hi Kall,
Maybe the new Steel series really only need work with CSS changes.
Much more easier to upgrade

I'm leaning towards that option. Converting the .gifs from vB3 to .pngs for vB4 won't be a fun task, at least until IB releases us a Graphics Development Kit.
