Upgrade to v.3.51

I just tried upgrading my vBulletin v3.07 to v3.51 and got as far as uploading the files but when I went to log into the upgrade script I got the following error:

Warning: main(DIR/includes/adminfunctions.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /admincp/global.php on line 35

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'DIR/includes/adminfunctions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /home/httpd/vhosts/bug.co.uk/httpdocs/forums/admincp/global.php on line 35

Can you please fix my upgrade so it is working again and also upgrade my installation of vJournal so I'm on the version that works with vB v3.51?

What info do you need from me (usernames/passwords etc)? How much will it cost? How do you want me to pay you? How long will it take?

My forums have been down for a few days now and I would really like to get it fixed as soon as possible.

i see something "vbhenhanced" being sold ?

what is the product that is for sale ? I don't understand, is it a cms ?
