Extra Headers

I just did the vB 3.8.1 upgrade, then spaced categories and aligned columns on ForumHome. I have extra headers now, like here:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Does anybody know which template I remove the duplicates from? Forumbit_level1_nopost?

What code do I get rid of? I want to add the new steelGreen upgrade next.
